    Ke své bakalářské práci jsem přistupoval v souladu s řešením moderního rodinného domu při snaze o jednoduchost tvaru i samotné konstrukce. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní rodinný dům s provozovnou nacházející se v nové zástavbě v Havlíčkově Brodě. Téměř čtvercové dolní podlaží, které je částečně zaříznuté do terénu, slouží pro podnikání a horní podlaží, které se esovitě rozšiřuje směrem do zahrady, je navrženo jako soukromá část objektu s vlastním vchodem. Hlavní dispoziční myšlenkou tedy bylo oddělení části soukromé od veřejné. Ze stavebního pohledu byla snaha využít vhodnou kombinaci materiálů pro potlačení jejich nevýhod a tedy pro celkové zpříjemnění užívání stavby.To my undergraduate work, I approached in accordance with the solution of the modern detached house in pursuit of simplicity in both, form and structure itself. It is about a two-storey house with an practice area located in the new built-up district in Havlickuv Brod. Almost square bottom floor, which is partialy cut into the ground is used for business and the upper floor, which extends S-shaply towards the garden, is designed as a private part of the building with its own entrance. The main disposal idea thus was the separation of private area from public. From the construction point of view was an effort to use a suitable combination of materials for suppressing their disadvantages and thus for overall more comfortable usage of the building.

    Ke své magisterské práci jsem přistupoval s myšlenkou funkční jednoduchosti při samotné výstavbě a bez omezení komfortu uživatelů objektu. Bytový dům je umístěn v nové zástavbě v Pávově u Jihlavy, je řešen jako pětipodlažní objekt, který poskytuje bydlení lidem stěhujících se za prací. Proto jsem dům řešil jako nízkonákladový s většinou bytů 1+KK. Celý objekt má půdorysný tvar "L", kde 1.NP slouží jako technické zázemí objektu, vstupní prostory, sklepní kóje a krytá parkovací stání. Následující čtyři podlaží slouží jako obytná. Ze stavebního pohledu jsem zvolil vhodnou kombinaci materiálů a systémů pro celkové příjemné užívání stavby.To my master's thesis I approached with the idea of functional simplicity in construction and without limitation of comfort of the object´s users. Residential house is located in a new development in Pávov near Jihlava, which is designed as a five-storey building that provides housing for people moving for work. This is why I designed it as a low cost construction, which mainly consists of one room apartments with a kitchen corner. The whole building is shaped as "L", where the ground floor serves as technical facility of the object, entrance, cellar and a covered parking space.The following four floors serve as residential. From the construction point of view I chose a suitable combination of materials and systems for overall pleasant use of the building.

Podložené rozhodnutí zda je vhodné nemovitost prodat nebo pronajímat a to buď ve stávajícím stavu nebo rekonstruovaném. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem metodik výpočtů a nezbytnými pojmy pro jejich pochopení. Samotnou praktickou část můžeme rozdělit na administrativní, tržní metodiky ocenění, jejich výsledné hodnoty a využití výstupů v analýze nemovitosti.The master´s thesis deals with analysis of the investment project insert investment in administrativ building for owner. Based on the decision whether it is appropriate to sell or lease the property, either in an existing state, or reconstructed. I describe the methodologies calculations methodologies and necessary concepts for their understanding of the concepts in the theoretical part. The practical part I can divide into administrative, market valuation methodology, the resulting values and use of the outputs in the analysis of real estate.

    Effective Creation of Self-Referencing Citation Records

    Acquiring citation records from online resources has become a popular approach to building bibliography for one's publication. LaTeX document preparation system is the most popular platform for typesetting publications in academia. It uses BibTeX as a tool used to describe and process lists of references. In this article we present a simple method that allows to automatically create a full self-referencing citation record for a collection of papers typeset and published within one proceedings of a conference. This greatly facilitates access to the bibliography entries for anyone who wishes to use them as part of their own publication.Získávání citačních záznamů elektronických zdrojů se stalo standardním požadavkem na vydavatele. V akademickém světě jsou standardními nástroji LaTeX pro sazbu a BibTeX pro práci s citacemi. V článku je prezentována jednoduchá metoda pro automatické vytvoření citační databáze v BibTeXu pro souborné dílo (sborník a.p.) sázené v LaTeXu. To usnadňuje další citovanost vytvořeného díla a článků v něm jejich autory

    Real Effective Exchange Rate: Problems of Construction

    Real effective exchange rates belong among principal indicators of price competitiveness. There exist two main approaches to their calculation: one based on the comparison of foreign and domestic price levels, the other based on the comparison of development of domestic prices of tradables and nontradables. In this article different types of real effective exchange rates are calculated. The calculations show in general that the CZK had been appreciating in real terms during the analysed period. This result is achieved using various types of price and wage cost indexes as well as different weighting schemes. The calculations also show that the real effective exchange rate against the DEM is good approximation of the real effective exchange rate. The real effective exchange rate against the USD behaves quite differently and thus does not seem to be good analytical tool for measuring external price competitiveness of the Czech economy.

    The wettability of electron spun membranes by synovial fluid

    Aseptic loosening due to periprosthetic osteolysis has been accepted as one of the leading causes of revision procedures in patients with previous joint arthroplasty. Recently, several strategies for suppression of osteolysis were proposed, mostly based on biological treatment such as mitigation of chronic inflammatory reactions. However, these biological treatments do not stop the debris migration but only reduce the inflammatory reaction. To address this shortcoming, we propose the concept of ultrahigh molecular weighted polyethylene (UHMWPE) particles filtration-storage by electrospun membranes. Firstly, the surface tension of synovial fluid is obtained by use of a pendant droplet. Secondly, the contact angle of the electrospun membranes wetted by two different liquids is measured to obtain the free surface energy using of the Owens-Wendt model.     Evaluating the Use of TiO2 Nanoparticles for Toxicity Testing in Pulmonary A549 Cells

    Purpose: Titanium dioxide nanoparticles, 25 nm in size of crystallites (TiO2 P25), are among the most produced nanomaterials worldwide. The broad use of TiO2 P25 in material science has implied a request to evaluate their biological effects, especially in the lungs. Hence, the pulmonary A549 cell line has been used to estimate the effects of TiO2 P25. However, the reports have provided dissimilar results on caused toxicity. Surprisingly, the physicochemical factors influencing TiO2 P25 action in biological models have not been evaluated in most reports. Thus, the objective of the present study is to characterize the preparation of TiO2 P25 for biological testing in A549 cells and to evaluate their biological effects.Methods: We determined the size and crystallinity of TiO2 P25. We used four techniques for TiO2 P25 dispersion. We estimated the colloid stability of TiO2 P25 in distilled water, isotonic NaCl solution, and cell culture medium. We applied the optimal dispersion conditions for testing the biological effects of TiO2 P25 (0-100 mu g.mL-1) in A549 cells using biochemical assays (dehydrogenase activity, glutathione levels) and microscopy.Results: We found that the use of fetal bovine serum in culture medium is essential to maintain sufficient colloid stability of dispersed TiO2 P25. Under these conditions, TiO2 P25 were unable to induce a significant impairment of A549 cells according to the results of biochemical and microscopy evaluations. When the defined parameters for the use of TiO2 P25 in A549 cells were met, similar results on the biological effects of TiO2 P25 were obtained in two independent cell laboratories.Conclusion: We optimized the experimental conditions of TiO2 P25 preparation for toxicity testing in A549 cells. The results presented here on TiO2 P25-induced cellular effects are reproducible. Therefore, our results can be helpful for other researchers using TiO2 P25 as a reference material
